Book orders:
We offer a (30) day money back guarantee on our books monthly membership website, starting from the date of your initial order. Once your book(s) order is sent to print, you will no longer be eligible for a refund for your initial membership charge or book order.

If you request to cancel within (30) days and you have not sent your book(s) to print, you can request a full refund for the initial subscription charge.

All monthly subscription charges after 30 days on non-refundable.

We offer a (30) day money back guarantee on our monthly membership website, starting from the date of your initial order. We currently do not prorate yearly subscriptions.  

 

Done For You Services:
All sales are final for any “done for you” marketing and/or any custom services done on behalf of you or your business. Unless specifically and explicitly stated in writing, all charges run today and all charges going forward are non-refundable.

Even if you cancel the service, the charges that have been run are still non-refundable. This is a contractual service, and results may vary based on area. If you wish to cancel your done for you marketing service, please e-mail our marketing support team anytime at support@smartagents.com or call us at (386) 752-6534 before your next bill date to cancel future investments.

To avoid being charged you must cancel your subscription two (2) business days before your next subscription charge. Yearly subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
